Cozy Homemade Meatballs

What you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or your favorite meat)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

  1. If you’re using whole cuts of meat, grind them with the meat grinder attachment.
  2. In your mixing bowl, toss together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper using the flex edge beater until mixed well.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy them with your favorite sauce!
