Colorful Vegetable Stir-Fry

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups sliced veggies (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini; use the slicer)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

  1. Slice your favorite veggies with the slicer attachment.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the veggies. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. It’s vibrant and delicious!
